Slidewok is a five-piece band based out of Denver that blends multiple genres to create a unique and exploratory sound. Slidewok weaves through funk, prog, folk, Latin rhythms, bluegrass, and more while channeling improvisational sounds that come from the soul. Let's build a community together!

My name is Cara Elizabeth, and I am a musician based on the front range of Colorado. Some people say that my music is very soulful, others describe it as acoustic, indie, folky, bluesy, etc. My main purpose being someone who is privileged enough to perform for others every weekend, is to impact people in a positive way through music therapy, relaxation and friendship.
